PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the bail condition that 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M. Until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5205 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11883 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 before this Court.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.M.P.No.5205 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11883 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 , that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5205 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11883 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
