C O M M O N O R D E R These writ petitions have been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the Statutory Appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 26.08.2020 against the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in RC.No.285796/Conf.V(2)/2011 dated 17.06.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order dated 17.06.2020 has aleady been lapsed for more than a year. Therefore, he seeks a direction of this Court to the 1st respondent for expeditous disposal.
3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the Statutory Appeal submitted by the respective petitioners dated 26.08.2020, within a period of 16 weeks.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. These writ petitions are allowed with the above observation. No costs.
