This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to delete the name of the petitioners from the F.I.R. pending in Crime No.698 of 2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
