(Order of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The matter has been heard through "Video Conference". 2.The Petitioner has come before this Court seeking to implement the order dated 04.08.2021 passed by the Appellate Authority, by which the Appellate Authority directed the Respondents therein to pass suitable order of revocation of closure and restoration of electricity to the unit forthwith and to communicate the same to the Fourth Respondent herein for restoration of power supply.
3.When the matter is called today, Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that order passed by the Appellate Authority has been given effect by order dated 10.08.2021 and produced the copy of the same before this Court and hence, the Petition has become infructuous. 4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
