K.Premavathy v. Home, Prohibition And Excise Department
Crl.O.P.No.13717 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the counsels are present. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 2 to 5 are not complying with the conditions as ordered by this Court.
On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents and the learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondents are complying with the conditions without fail and this petition was filed only to harass the respondents.
2.
This Court also perused the records and there is no ground to cancel the bail as rightly contended by the respondents, since they are complying with the conditions without fail. Since this Court finds no merits in this petition, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
