This petition seeks to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Puducherry and to transfer the same to the file of Family Court at Ariyalur.

2. According to the petitioner, she haf been turned out of the matrimonial home and has returned to her parental home in Ariyalur. She also pleads that from the wedlock a child was born and the child is now aged about 2 years. The distance between Ariyalur and Puducherry is couple of 100 kms and she pleads inability to travel.

3. Taking into consideration the inconvenience caused to the wife to travel from Ariyalur to Puducherry and also the fact that the wife has to take care of the two year old child, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.54 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry and transferred to the file of Family Court at Ariyalur.
