These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 25, 32 and 35 days respectively in filing the above writ appeals.
Mr.S.Krishnanand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.
Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions and in view of the no objection given by learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 25, 32 and 35 days respectively in filing the appeals is condoned.
The civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
The Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the same are otherwise found to be in order.
