Based upon the alleged possession for a few decades and apprehending threat of dispossession, a suit was filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.2401 of 1998. A decree was also obtained for permanent injunction by the petitioner on 08.08.2003. According to the petitioner, thereafter, she made a representation, but the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.The records do not show the pendency of the representation said to have been made. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
