The petitioner made a complaint on 01.07.2015 to the respondent no.1 alleging that a fraud has been committed by the respondent nos.4 & 5. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.1 in and by the proceedings Mu.Mu.No. 29427/U2/2015 dated 16.7.2015 directed the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
