COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Challenging the order of the third respondent dated 21.05.2015 and the consequential order of the second respondent dated 05.08.2015, these writ petitions have been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.It is stated at the bar that appeal has been preferred against the impugned orders dated 21.05.2015 and 05.08.2015. 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellate authority submits that the appeal is under consideration and the same will be decided within a period of one week. Thus nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
