By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard Mr.M.Mariappan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the first respondent.

3. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider his representation for change of property tax assessment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Even according to the petitioner, the petitioner's father and mother were encroachers of the Government property. In such circumstances, no direction as sought for by the petitioner can be granted. Hence, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
