O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Cr.No.248/2006 on the file of the Inspector of Police R3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai and to quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and the second respondent has filed an affidavit dated 08.12.2017.
3. In order to identify themselves, the second petitioner and the second respondent/defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1.V.Punniyamoorthy - 9832 9731 0307 and 2. R.Rajamanickam - 4991 8862 4792 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, the second petitioner as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the second respondent/defacto complainant dated 08.12.2017 is also filed to the effect that he has no objection to quash the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.248/2006 on the file of the Inspector of Police R3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai.

Recording the same, the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.248/2006 on the file of the Inspector of Police R3, Ashok Nagar Police Station, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, is quashed. The Criminal
Original Petition is allowed.
6.
