This application has been filed to amend the plaint as per the amendment details.

2. Though the learned counsel for the respondents has objections to order this application, this Court finds that the amendments which are being sought in the plaint in regard to certain factual error, crept in while drafting the plaint, appear to be very innocuous and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents.

3. Therefore, the amendments as sought in this application is ordered. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carryout the amendments and file a clean copy in the Registry.

4. Post the matter on 29.09.2021.
