This application has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the accompanying petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the Arbitral Award dated 06.10.2025.

2. Heard Mr.T.Balaji, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Considering the fact that, even though the application had been filed beyond the period of 90 days as provided under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the same had been filed within the further period of 30 days provided therein and having been satisfied with the reasons attributed for the delay and the reasons stated therein, this Court is of the view that the delay can be condoned.

4. In fine, this application stands ordered as prayed for and the delay stands condoned.
