Heard Mr.G.Thangavel, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has filed this Court praying for a direction to the first respondent who is the Arbitrator appointed under the provisions of the National Highways Act to consider his Appeal Petition preferred for claiming enhanced compensation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that a direction may be issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal Petition dated 27.10.2015, if the same is in order.

4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal Petition on merits and in accordance with law, if the Appeal Petition in order, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No cost.
