] This petition is filed to grant an extension of time by six weeks to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court on 29.04.2024 in W.P.No.188 of 2024.

2.This Court is prima facie satisfied that the Secured Asset was not subject matter of assignment and therefore, the entitlement of the Asset Reconstruction Company to bring the property for sale by invoking the provisions of SARFAESI Act, is not questionable.

3.Be that as it may, having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended by six weeks from today, for compliance of the conditional order passed by this Court on 29.04.2024 in W.P.No.188 of 2024.

4.Post the main writ petition on 10.07.2024.
