The petitioner made a representation on 23.04.2014 stating that though patta has been given to the similarly placed persons in Nathahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, the case of the petitioner and others have not been considered. Thus, a request was made to issue free house site patta. As the said request has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 23.04.2014, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders either by himself or through the subordinate officials within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
