This matter is placed before this Court today on the basis of the letter dated 28.01.2026 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram through the learned Principal District Judge, Principal District Court, Cuddalore and also the letter of the learned Principal District Judge, Principal District Court, Cuddalore dated 02.02.2026, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.63 of 2023.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter 28.01.2026, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram.
