ORDER

The Decree Holder in the Execution Petition in E.P.No.54 of 2015 in O.S.No.263 of 2011 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the decree passed in the suit in O.S.No.263 of 2011, the revision petitioner has filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.54 of 2015. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the respondents have also filed their counter and inspite of the same, the Executing Court has not disposed of the Execution Petition till this date. 3.

That apart, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the long pendency of the matter, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited

prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.54 of 2015 in O.S.No.263 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
