ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed with a prayer for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct investigation and take action on the petitioner's representation / complaint dated 08.02.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that after forwarding the complaint, the petitioner has not turned up for giving her statement and only after her statement is recorded the matter can be proceeded further after seeing if there is any prima facie case.
3. Further, Mr.Deepak learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third party viz., V.Lawrence would submit that he has filed an impleading application on behalf of the brother of the husband of the petitioner. He would submit that the petitioner and her husband are separated for about 20 years and all the properties has been lawfully bequeathed in favour of the brother viz., V.Lawrence and he submits that he has also filed an application for impleading himself in the writ petition.
4. Considering the allegation and counter allegation made and, the copy of the application that is presented before the Court, this Court suomotu impleads Mr.V.Lawrence as the 7th respondent in this writ petition. Registry is directed make necessary amendments in the cause title.
5. Today when the matter came up for further hearing, when the learned counsel for the petitioner was requested to ascertain as to when the 3/6
complainant / petitioner can appear before the respondent, an e-mail is produced which is dated 16.06.2025, whereby the petitioner pleads that she is suffering from breast cancer and also is suffering from other diseases, for which she is taking treatment and is unable to travel at this point of time. It is further submitted that she will appear virtually before the respondents and make her statement.
6. Considering the extreme medical condition that is pleaded, the respondents can virtually examine the defacto complainant and also conduct preliminary enquiry by including Mr.V.Lawrence, the newly impleaded 7th respondent also and take a decision on merits and in the manner known to law, including the veracity of the statement made by the petitioner and also the complainant's medical condition. It will be open to both parties to also produce any documents before the investigating authority during the preliminary enquiry. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
