PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the bail condition to appear before the respondent valangaiman police station at 10.30 A.m and 5.30 P.m in Crl.M.P.No.4412 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32767 of 2019 order dated 02.09.2020 passed by this Court.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4412 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32767 of 2019 order dated 02.09.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent valangaiman police station daily at 10.30 A.m and 5.30 P.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has resident of Thirunelveli district and he has committed all the offences within the jurisdiction limit of Thirunelvi and Tiruvarur district.

4. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4413 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32769 of 2019 order dated 02.09.2020.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
