Heard Thiru.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Thiru.B.Nedunchezhiyan, for the respondents.
2. With the consent of both the sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is covered by the order passed in W.P.Nos.26445 of 2015 etc. batch (S.Rajasekaran vs. The Managing Director, TASMAC Limited Egmore, Chennai-8 and another), dated 27.10.2015.
4. In the said batch of cases, the Writ Petitions were disposed of by issuing the following directions :- 1.The Respondents are directed to formulate appropriate tender conditions as agreed upon earlier, so as to fix the upset price for the Bars.
2.The Respondents are directed to fix the upset price taking into consideration the volume of sales and finalise the tenders.
3.The said exercise shall be complied within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the Petitioners are permitted to pay the existing rent with an enhancement of 25% over and above the amount payable from 1.9.2015.
4. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
In the light of the above, this Writ Petition also stands disposed of on similar lines. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2015 is also closed.
