This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14021 of 2022 on 17.06.2022 to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the Puducherry Advocate Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

3. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
