As the petitioner's college was found to be not having the adequate women students, a request was made for conversion of the same into coeducation college. Pursuant to the same, the respondent no.2 received a report dated 28.03.2011 in and by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.8435/A3/2010 from the Director of Collegiate Education, Tiruchirapalli Region, Tiruchirapalli. As no further progress has been made, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The inspection report has been received by the respondent no.2 pursuant to the proceedings dated 28.03.2011. The petitioner has made a further representation on 20.07.2011. Therefore, if the respondent no.2 has not sent the report along with its recommendation to the respondent no.1, the said authority is directed to do so as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.1 shall pass appropriate orders within a further period of eight weeks.
