C.R.P.No.2160 of 2012 filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decretal order dated 11.04.2012 made in I.A.No.138 of 2012 in O.S.No.40 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Villupuram. For Petitioner : Ms.Jani Jebamalar for Mr.N.Suresh For R1 : Notice not ordered For R2 : Mr.A.P.Srinivas COMMON ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that C.R.P.No.2159 of 2012 is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 16.04.2012 made in I.A.No.132 of 2012 in O.S.No.38 of 2012 and C.R.P.No.2160 of 2012 is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 11.04.2012 made in I.A.No.138 of 2012 in O.S.No.40 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Villupuram. She further submitted that pending civil revision petitions, the suits have been decreed against the respondents. In view of the same, nothing survives in the civil revision petitions.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 25.07.2017 kj To I Additional Subordinate Judge Villupuram.
