ORDER

(made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is not represented. The petitioner was not represented on the previous occasion either, on February 1, 2021, when the matter was last taken up. The petitioner is a practising advocate and the grievance in the petition is of alleged illegal construction by the fifth respondent.

2. The Greater Chennai Corporation is represented and says that the writ petitioner may not be interested in pursuing the matter since appropriate action has been taken by the corporation. The fifth respondent appears to have filed a subsequent writ petition, W.P.No.3560 of 2021, challenging the order passed by the corporation to remove the illegal construction.
