2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original proceedings of second respondent dated 25.04.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.1874/2022/Aa2' {hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity}.

3. Mr.N.A.Nissar Ahmed, learned Senior Counsel instructed by Mr.N.A.Nasir Hussain, counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

Learned Senior Counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the original impugned order is not readily available with the writ petitioner and hence, a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit, which reads as follows: '13. I humbly submit that the original impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent is not readily available with the petitioner and unless the production of the same is dispensed with and an urgent order of stay is granted the petitioner would be greatly prejudiced.'
