ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue appropriate orders/direction to regularize the plot bearing No.28, "Ganesh Nagar" Ponniammanmedu, Chennai-600 110, comprised in S.No.1250/1 and S.No.1250/2 of Madhavaram Village, previously Saidapet Taluk measuring an extent of 888 sq.ft., belonging to the petitoner in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.565, Revenue Department dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already submitted a report to the 2nd respondent on 11.04.2017 in turn the 2nd respondent has submitted the report to the 1st respondent on 30.06.2017.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the reports of the 2nd and 3rd respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
