ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2020 and to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 herein for the illegal and unauthorized erection of shop in front of the property of the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 have erected permanent shop in front of the petitioner's house thereby affecting the flow of traffic as well as free flow of ingress and egress to her property. In this regard the petitioner has also given a representation to the respondents dated 08.09.2020. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2020 and take action as per law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
