O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.07.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 20.11.2020 at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

03.00 P.M. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
