ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's minor daughter R.Sujitha, D/o.Ranjithkumar, aged about 17 years, and handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the Child Welfare Committee, Salem. A case has also been registered against the accused.
4. In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to approach the Child Welfare Committee.
