3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Miscellaneous Petitions and also considering the "No objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent in all the cases, the delay of 293 days in filing the appeals is condoned and these Miscellaneous Petitions stand ordered accordingly. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same in the normal course.
