O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation on 21.09.2015 to the respondent no.1 stating that in respect of the property belonging to him and his wife situated in Melaiyur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, patta has been wrongly given in favour of one Santhana Peter. Therefore, a request was made to cancel the said patta and the house site issued to the above said person. Seeking action on the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation with the respondent no.1, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders either by himself or by directing the subordinate officials, after conducting due enquiry by calling the petitioner as well as the said Santhana Peter, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
