O R D E R
The writ petition is filed for a limited innocuous relief and as such is disposed of at the admissions stage.
2. The prayer is made to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 24.02.2025 by the second respondent herein, which is filed in respect of seeking cancellation of the Legal Heirship Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent dated 05.12.2024, as the second respondent is the Appellate Authority.
3. The Learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents would submit that he would dispose of the appeal within such time as may be stipulated by this Court.
4. In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:

(i) The second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur, shall issue notice to the petitioner or any other person required and after giving an opportunity of being heard, the appeal shall be disposed of. (ii) The second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupattur, shall dispose of the appeal dated 24.02.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs. 29.04.2025 :No.
