Kavitha,Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant interim stay of operation of the order passed by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.32/A1/2014 dated 03.12.2015, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Miscellaneous Petition cannot be considered at this stage and the same shall be decided at the time of final disposal of the main writ petition.
In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the writ petition for final disposal in the 2nd week of April'2020.
