ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Alandur to dispose of Indigent O.P.No.1661 of 2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein is an indigent person, filed Indigent O.P.No.1661 of 2021 seeking damages from the respondents 1 to 3. The suit was originally presented before the Sub Court, Tambaram and before that Court, enquiry in Indigent O.P.No.1661 of 2021 was commenced in October 2016 itself and PW.1 had entered the witness box. Subsequently, the matter was transferred to 2/5

Sub Court, Alandur on 05.01.2021.

4. The perusal of the docket orders produced in the typed-set of papers would suggest that after transfer notice has not been served on the respondents till date.

5. By taking into consideration the indigent OP was presented in the year 2014 itself and the enquiry in Indigent O.P.No.1661 of 2021 had commenced as early as 2016, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Sub Court, Alandur to dispose of Indigent O.P.No.1661 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
