ORDER
Heard Mr.N.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Bala Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to issue the Legal Heirship Certificate to her. In this regard, a representation is pending before the authority and the District Collector, by proceedings dated 18.11.2014, has directed the Tahsildar, Ambattur to take into consideration the petitioner's representation and inform the petitioner within a period of fifteen days as to the action taken. Since no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent in spite of the communication from the 2nd respondent, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to those persons who are interested in the matter and after hearing the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
