Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent G.O. Ms. No.76 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(3)) Department dated 14.06.2018 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1, 3 & 4 to grant renewal of Recognition in favour of Schools run by the Members of Petitioner Association without reference to DTCP approval of the school building For petitioner : Mr.G. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 14.06.2018 and for a consequential direction.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Senior 2/4

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, similarly placed persons filed W.P. Nos.24909 of 2022 etc., batch and this Court, disposed of the said writ petitions and issued directions with respect to renewal of recognition in favour of Schools run by the Members of the petitioner Association / petitioner therein. The prayer of the petitioner herein being similar, the order above would stand attracted to the present case and therefore, hence, no further orders is required in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
