ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 02.11.2000 made in I.A.No.108 of 1998 in F.C.O.P.No.81 of 1998 on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. Petitioner is the husband, respondent is the wife. Petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.81 of 1998 for divorce against the respondent, on the ground of cruelty and desertion. That apart, he also filed I.A.No.108 of 1998 on the file of the Family Court, Salem for return of the articles mentioned therein. The petition in I.A.No.108 of 1998 was dismissed on the ground that the main O.P.No.81 of 1998 itself was dismissed.

3. Against that order of dismissal dated 02.11.2000, made in I.A.No.108 of 1998 in F.C.O.P.No.81 of 1998, the present civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials on record.

5. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pending civil revision petition, the matter has already been settled and therefore, nothing survives in the present civil revision petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs.
