(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has mentioned a wrong crime number in the petition as Crime No.1370 of 2020 instead of Crime No.1369 of 2020 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting the correct crime number.
