O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.37 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputtur to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram to be tried along with the H.M.O.P. No.360 of 2019 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner is having a child by name Ram Kottaimalai, aged 41⁄2 years, she finds it difficult to undertake long journey along with the child.

3.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner being a lady, finds it difficult to undertake long journey along with her child, this Court is inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.37 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. is allowed and the

H.M.O.P. No.37 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, Kancheepuram District. 4.The learned Sub Judge, Tambaram is directed to take up both the cases and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No.12339 of 2019 is closed.
