2. Learned counsel for the first respondent has informed the court that on 11.08.2022, the second respondent/The Director of Elementary Education has passed an order vide proceedings dated 11.08.2022, granting revised 2/4

pensionary benefits and other benefits to the first respondent herein as directed by the Writ Court. A copy of the proceedings dated 11.08.2022 has also been placed before this Court and is taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent and taking into consideration the proceedings dated 11.08.2022, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present appeal.
