Mr.J.Saravanakumar O R D E R The petitioner filed O.P.No. 4317 of 2015 before the Second Additional Family Court at Chennai, praying for a decree under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. In the said petition, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the application was not taken up by the trial Court and the same is kept pending even without registration. The petitioner therefore seeks a direction to the trial Court to number the application and decide the same on merits.

The learned Second Additional Family Court at Chennai is directed to number the application filed by the petitioner in I.A.SR.No. 6211 of 2016 if the same is otherwise in order and dispose of the same on merits. 4.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. 03.10.2016 vsg To II Additional Family Court at Chennai.
