2. Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] by 154 petitioners with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

3. Adverting to the support affidavit, Mr.S.Prabakaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of counsel on record for writ petitioners submits that the cause of action is common and petitioners have already paid separate court fee.
