PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Charge Sheet C.C.No.1087 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court Magistrate Level Coimbatore and QUASH the same as illegal so far as the petitioners are concerned to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records in Charge Sheet C.C.No.1087 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court Magistrate Level Coimbatore and QUASH the same.
2. According to the defacto complainant, all the witnesses were examined and trial also begun. At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings. However, considering the age of the parties, their appearance is ordered to be dispensed with and shall appear before the Trial Court only as and when the appearance is required.
3. In the result, this petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
