O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent, that is, Assistant Commissioner, HR & CE, to consider and dispose his representation dated 11.05.2020 to take over the administration and control of the Arulmighu Pullayi Mayilayi Temple situated in the campus of Nachimar Temple in Kalyani Village, Puduchatram Via, Namakkal District.

2. On 15.10.2020, this Court recorded the submission of the learned Government advocate who accepted notice on behalf of HR & CE to the effect that the earlier representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner seeking the same relief has been rejected by order dated 17.09.2020. A copy of the aforesaid order is placed on file. Thus the mandamus sought has been achieved by passing of order dated 17.09.2020, though adverse to the petitioner. The petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order. With this aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
