This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2013.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner/father has given a complaint against his son alleging that his signature was obtained in a document and registered in his favour. The complaint essentially appears to be a family dispute and the petitioner has been aggrieved over the registration of such document. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of a civil suit.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy, in the manner known to law.
