ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case by investigating the complaint dated 27.06.2016, given by the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 27.06.2016, alleging that her husband and in-laws have assaulted her and illegally retaining her original educational certificates, passport, visa etc.,

4. On the said complaint, the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Ponneri, conducted enquiry in CSR.No.108 of 2016 and has transferred the complaint to the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Dindigul, for want of jurisdiction.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and appear before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Dindigul, who shall give her sufficient protection and conduct a thorough enquiry in order to get back the original certificates of the petitioner. The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Dindigul, is further directed to take action in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
