This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to set aside the order dated 01.04.2019 in I.A.No.1012 of 2018 in O.S.No.54 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpet, Kancheepuram Dist. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
