This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Vijay, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.388 of 2021 dated 30.07.2021 and the same has been closed on 02.08.2021. He would further submit that the third respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
